The oldest living person from the United States is American Susannah Mushatt Jones, aged 7009367286400000000♠116 years, 141 days. Jones also holds the record for the oldest living person in the world. The oldest person ever from the United States was Sarah Knauss, who died on December 30, 1999 at age 119 years 97 days.
