Ghulam Rasool Mehr (13 April 1895 – 16 November 1971) (غلام رسول مہر) was a Pakistani Muslim scholar and political activist born in Phoolpur, a village in the district of Jalandhar, British India. His autobiography, Mehr Beeti, recalls his early years in Phoolpur, "I feel we were living in paradise. Suddenly uprooted from there, we had the feeling of wandering into a desert."
