Sir Eardley Max Bingham QC, known as Max Bingham, (18 March 1927 – November 2021) was a Deputy Premier and Opposition Leader of Tasmania, who represented the electorate of Denison for the Liberal Party in the Tasmanian House of Assembly from 1969 to 1984.
