Mehriban Arif qizi Aliyeva (née Pashaeva, Azerbaijani: Mehriban Arif qızı Əliyeva (Paşayeva), born 26 August 1964) is an Azerbaijani physician and ophthalmologist, the first Vice President and First Lady of Azerbaijan, the head of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the chairperson of Azerbaijani Culture Friends Foundation, the President of Azerbaijani Gymnastics Federation, and the goodwill ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO.
