Michael Henry is a Jamaican politician. He has been the Minister of Transport and Works in Jamaica since 2007. Michael Henry was born in Spanish Town St. Catherine and is the son of the late Lester Osmond Henry and Lucille Leon Henry. He is an author/publisher by profession and is Chairman of Kingston Publishers Ltd. He is currently the member of parliament for Central Clarendon and has been the member of parliament for that constituency since 1980, making him one of the longest-serving members of parliament.
