Michael O'Connor (born July 5, 1944) is an American author, business advisor, executive coach, and motivational speaker in the fields of organizational development and individual performance. He is the founder of the Center for Managing by Values and creator of the Managing by Values process, a culmination of over 25 years of research about how individuals and organizations can optimize personal and business success in ways that match their specific styles and needs.
