Michał Winiarski (born 28 September 1983) is a former Polish volleyball player, a member of Poland men's national volleyball team from 2004 to 2014, a participant of the Olympic Games (Beijing 2008, London 2012), 2014 World Champion, a gold medalist of the 2012 World League, silver medalist of the 2006 World Championship and 2011 World Cup, three–time Polish Champion (2006, 2010, 2011) and one time Italian Champion (2008). A head coach of Polish club Trefl Gdańsk.
