Mithun Chakraborty (born Gouranga Chakraborty; 16 June 1950) is an Indian film actor, singer, producer, writer, social worker, entrepreneur, television presenter and a former Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament. He is the recipient of two Filmfare Awards and three National Film Awards. He is one of the most successful actors in the history of Bollywood.
