Mogakolodi Ngele (born 6 October 1990 in Gaborone) is a Botswana footballer, who currently plays for South African club Tshakhuma and Botswana as a midfielder. He joined Bidvest Wits from Mamelodi Sundowns. He was a participant at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations. In 2014, he signed a 5-year contract with Mamelodi Sundowns F.C. however, he will stay with his current club until the end of the 2014/15 season. Bidvest Wits then signed him on loan again until the end of the 2016/17 season which Bidvest Wits and Ngele win the Absa Premiership title beating ou the likes of Cape Town, Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs
