Dato' Mohd Mokhtar Dahari AMN DSSA DIMP (13 November 1953 – 11 July 1991) was a Malaysian football player from Setapak, Selangor (present-day Kuala Lumpur). A prolific forward, he was nicknamed "Super Mokh" due to his playing skills and strength. He scored 86 goals in 131 international matches for Malaysia, and helped the team reach its highest ever Elo ranking of 61 in 1977. Mokhtar is both the most capped and all-time top scorer for the Malaysian national team and, although not recognised internationally, is considered to have the third most international goals of any player.
