Muhammad Faishal bin Ibrahim Khan Surattee (Jawi: محمد فيصل إبراهيم; born 16 June 1968) is a Singaporean politician who has been serving as Acting Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs and as Senior Minister of State for Home Affairs since 2025. He previously served as Minister of State for Home Affairs and Minister of State for National Development concurrently between 2020 and 2025. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he was the Member of Parliament representing the Nee Soon Central division of Nee Soon GRC from 2011 to 2025. Since 2025, Faishal is a Member of Parliament for the newly redrawn Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC, representing the Kembangan ward.
