Muhammad Faishal bin Ibrahim Khan Surattee (Jawi: محمد فااشال بن إبراهيم) (born 16 June 1968) is a Singaporean politician and associate professor. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he was appointed as Minister of State in the Ministry for Home Affairs and the Ministry for National Development since 27 July 2020 by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
