Mulla Abu Bakr Effendi, also Mulla Effendi (also spelled Mala Fandi), (Kurdish: Mele Fendî‎) (Arabic: ملا أفندي‎) also Abu Bakr IV or Küçük Mulla (1863 - December 31, 1942) was a senior Kurdish-Iraqi Muslim cleric, Islamic philosopher, scholar, astronomer, politician, and a prominent Iraqi personality from Arbil, Iraq.
