Nadezhda Grigoryevna Grekova (Belarusian: Надзея Рыгораўна Грэкава; September 17, 1910 - January 6, 2001), was a Soviet Belarusian politician. She was Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the Belorussian SSR 1938–1949. Her office as Chairman of the Supreme Soviet nominally made her Head of the Republic. At some point she was known as the "Iron Lady".
