Nataliya Katser-Buchkovska (Ukrainian Наталія Кацер-Бучковська, born on March 15, 1983, in Buchach, Ternopil oblast, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian politician, economist, energy expert and environmental activist. She is a co-founder and CEO of the Ukrainian Sustainable Fund (UASIF) — a brand-new vehicle fr impact investments in the country. Nataliya is also an Energy and Investments Advisor at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future (UIF) — one of the nation's major political think tanks. In 2014-2019, Mrs. Katser-Buchkovska served as a Member of Ukrainian Parliament, representing the People's Front political party. During her time as an MP, she was actively involved in the Ukrainian government, leading the Attraction and Protection of Investments inter-factional group, chairing the Subcommittee on Sustainable Development under the Energy Committee and participating in numerous bi- and multilateral international negotiations.
