Neelam Saxena Chandra (born 27 June 1969) is an Indian poet and author. She has written children's stories and poetry. She also writes fiction in English and Hindi. She has received several awards including the Rabindranath Tagore International Award in 2014. given by Xpress Publications: Kerala, India. She is an IES Officer of 1993 batch, also served as Joint Secretary of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). She has also served as Executive Director of Pune Metro. She is now serving as ASSISTANT DIVISIONAL RAILWAY MANAGER(ADRM) OF PUNE DIVISION. She married SHRI PRAFULLA CHANDRA who is an IES OFFICER.PRAFULLA CHANDRA is currently serving as EDPM/RB/IR/MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS
