Ng Yat Chung is a Singaporean business executive and retired military officer who has been CEO of Singapore Press Holdings since 2017. He was formerly Chief of Defence Force of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), serving from 2003 to 2007. Following his retirement from the SAF, Ng took up various senior positions in Temasek Holdings. In 2011, he was appointed Group President and Chief Executive of Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) and served in this position until its sale to CMA CGM in 2016.
