edit

Nguyễn Phúc Bửu Chánh (born Huế, Vietnam on 12 February 1942) is a self-proclaimed member of Vietnam's Nguyễn dynasty and pretender to the defunct throne of Vietnam. His great great grandfather was the 76th son of Emperor Minh Mạng as a result of a one night stand. After a career as a civil servant, he fled Vietnam after the Vietnam War ended in a communist victory and settled in the United States, where he continued to pursue his claim.
