António Óscar Fragoso Carmona BTO ComC GCA ComSE (Portuguese pronunciation: 24 November 1869 – 18 April 1951) was a Portuguese Army officer and politician who served as the 96th Prime Minister of Portugal from 1926 to 1928 and 11th President of Portugal from 1926 until his death in 1951. He also served as the Minister of War in late 1923 and in 1926, and he also served two times as a Minister of Foreign Affairs in 1926.
