Otávio Mangabeira (27 August 1880 – 29 November 1960) was a Brazilian politician, professor, and engineer. He served as Governor of Bahia, represented Bahia in the Senate of Brazil, and was the Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1926 to 1930.
