Parasram Gurjar (allegedly 10 October 1886? – 10 December 2011) was a native of the Talkesari village in Hoshangabad district in India and a farmer by trade. According to his family, he was believed to be the oldest man in India. He allegedly died at the age of 125, making him three years older than Jeanne Calment, the oldest verified person ever. Gurjar was awarded the Shatayu Samman award on October 1, 2011 on World Elders' Day.
