Paul Joseph Nussbaum, C.P. (September 7, 1870 – June 24, 1935) was an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as Bishop of Corpus Christi, Texas (1913-1920) and Bishop of Sault Sainte Marie-Marquette, Michigan (1922-1935). He was the first Passionist bishop in the United States.
