Peter Joseph ("Peco") Bauwens (Born 24 December 1886 in Cologne, died 24 November 1963 in Cologne) was a German international footballer who played as a forward, referee and controversial administrator with the German Football Association (DFB). In total he was associated with the national game in that country from 1904 until 1962.
