Peggy Farrell (née Spillane; 15 November 1920 – 17 January 2003) was an Irish businesswoman who came to prominence through the Irish Countrywomen's Association and had a brief career as a Fianna Fáil politician in Ireland. She was a senator from 1969 to 1973.
