Petar "Pero" Budmani (October 27, 1835 - December 27, 1914) was a writer, linguist, grammarian, and philologist from Dubrovnik and a renowned polyglot. Budmani was instrumental in the emergence of the second group of Serb Catholics in the 1880s.
