Peter Kelly (born 7 September 1959) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s and 1990s. Originating from the New South Wales south coast town of Eden, he played front-row forward in the NSWRL Premiership for Newtown, Canterbury-Bankstown and the Penrith Panthers. A noted "hard man" he won two premierships with Canterbury and was a two-time New South Wales State of Origin representative.
