Philip A. Glotzbach, Ph.D. (born 1950), is an American educator, who is currently the president of Skidmore College. Glotzbach graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1972 and went on to earn a PhD at Yale University. He became Skidmore's seventh president in 2003 and has since remained in that role. Some of his biggest initiatives include the implementation of the College's Strategic Plan entitled "Engaged Liberal Learning: The Plan for Skidmore College 2005-2015", a revised campus master plan, and a capital campaign that has raised more than $200 million.
