Philip Elsmore (born 16 November 1937, in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire) is a British actor and director and former broadcaster, best known for his role as senior continuity announcer for Thames Television between its inception in 1968 and the station's demise in 1992, having made both the first and last announcements for the station.
