Prakash Tribhuvan (14 June 1954) is an Indian Marathi language writer, director and Ambedkarite thinker from the state of Maharashtra. . He is the follower of B. R. Ambedkar, the father of the Indian Constitution. He is one of the pioneers of the dalit literary movement in Maharashtra. “Thamba, Ramrajya Yetay!”a play written by Prakash Tribhuvan is milestone in the Dalit Theatre movement. “Thamba, Ramrajya Yetay!” is performed 500 times various theatres. The famous French writer director Preter Brook appreciated “Thamba, Ramrajya Yetay!”. . “Thamba, Ramrajya Yetay!” also in included in a film produced by Government of Maharashtra which directed by Jabbar Patel. “Thamba, Ramrajya Yetay!” is awarded by Ministry of Labour and State Government of Maharashtra. “Thamba, Ramrajya Yetay!” is prescribed in Various University syllabus. “Thamba, Ramrajya Yetay!” is translated. “Thamba, Ramrajya Yetay!” play is also translated in Hindi. “Thamba, Ramrajya Yetay!” has reference of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad’s Namantar movement. Prakash Tribhuvan is active in the Dalit movement including Namantar movement.
