Purpleman, aka Peter Yellow (born as Anthony Jones 4 January 1962 (citation needed)- 19 August 2020(source “Reggae Vibes” 19/08/2020)date=October 2014}} Waterhouse District, Kingston, Jamaica), was a Jamaican dancehall deejay. Being one of three albino deejays in the 1980s (Yellowman, Purpleman, and King Mellow Yellow), he often called himself Yellowman, and even released an album as him.
