Rabiya Javeri Agha (born Rabiya Adila Javeri on December 2, 1963) is a senior civil servant officer in the Government of Pakistan serving in BPS-22 grade as Federal Secretary of the Ministry of Human Rights.. She is the first unanimously elected female President of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) Officers Association. At present, she is one of the senior most female officers in the country's Central Superior Services in the bureaucracy. She has had an extensive career ranging from human rights, women's development, sustainable tourism, energy, finance and trade.
