Oliver Biney (born 8 August 1983) is a British professional wrestler currently signed to WWE, performing on the NXT UK brand under the ring name Rampage Brown. He is known for his work throughout the European and British independent wrestling circuit. However, Rampage briefly worked for American promotions World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and its developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling from 2010 to 2011 and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in September 2014. He is currently a trainer for New Generation Wrestling in their North East School.
