Randel Huston Parton (December 15, 1953 – January 21, 2021) was an American singer-songwriter, actor and businessman. Parton was the eighth of twelve children born to Avie Lee Caroline (née Owens; 1923–2003) and Robert Lee Parton Sr (1921–2000), in Sevierville, Tennessee. He was the younger brother of Dolly and Stella Parton and the older brother of actress Rachel Dennison.
