Rao Farman Ali (Urdu: راؤ فرمان علی ), (January 1, 1922 – 20 January 2004) was a Pakistan Army General and former political figure who is widely accused as a "conspirator" of the civil war in East Pakistan and one of directly responsible of the mass atrocities in East Pakistan.
