Raul Christiano Machado Cortez (August 28, 1932 – July 18, 2006) was a Brazilian actor. He was born in São Paulo and was the father of actress Lígia Cortez. He worked in television, theater and movies. Cortez died of pancreatic cancer in 2006, aged 73.
