Reïna-Flor Okori Makendengue (born 2 May 1980) is a retired Equatoguinean hurdler. She also holds French citizenship. She represented France for most of her career. Some months before retiring, she switched allegiance back to Equatorial Guinea, represented her country for the Olympic games of Rio 2016 but ultimately she couldn't compete due to an injury.
