Richard Delano Campbell (born December 21, 1958 in Miami, Florida, United States) is a former National Football League quarterback who played for the Green Bay Packers (1981–1984). Campbell attended high school at Santa Teresa High School in San Jose, California. He was an All-American his senior season in 1980 at the University of California. During this season, he set an NCAA record with 43 completed passes in 53 attempts in a losing effort against the Florida Gators.
