Richard Valentine Keane (14 February 1881 – 26 April 1946) was an Australian politician. He was a member of the Australian Labor Party (ALP), serving a term in the House of Representatives from 1929 to 1931 and then serving as a Senator for Victoria from 1938 until his death in 1946. He was Minister for Trade and Customs in the Curtin and Chifley Governments during the Second World War.
