Richard Bennett Brewer, Jr.(born April 19, 1956), is an American academic administrator, currently serving as the ninth president of the Southern Baptist-affiliated Louisiana College. He succeeded the interim president Argile Smith on April 7, 2015, who filled in for eight months following the resignation of Joe W. Aguillard in 2014.
