Robert Nesbitt Horner (3 July 1932 – 27 June 2008), a native of Shawville, Quebec, was a member of the Canadian House of Commons from 1984 to 1993. A graduate of the University of Guelph in 1964, Horner worked for 25 years in Mississauga as a veterinarian. He also served with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and was a member of the RCMP Veteran's Association.
