Robert L. Bradley Jr. (born June 17, 1955) is CEO and founder of the Institute for Energy Research, and the author of several books on energy economics. He is also an adjunct scholar of the Cato Institute and the Competitive Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C.; a senior fellow at the Texas Public Policy Foundation in Austin, Texas; and the Energy and Climate Change fellow of the Institute of Economic Affairs in London.
