Roel Ragay Degamo (April 29, 1966 – March 4, 2023) was a Filipino politician who was the governor of the province of Negros Oriental since 2011 until his assassination in 2023. He was unseated from the post following the results of the May 2022 local elections but with his opponent's victory nullified, he was proclaimed as the elected gubernatorial candidate in October of the same year. He was killed in an ambush on March 4, 2023 at a coffee shop in Pamplona, Negros Oriental.
