Roman Popadiuk (Ukrainian: Рома́н Попадю́к) served as the first United States Ambassador to Ukraine under George H.W. Bush, from 1992 to 1993. From 1999-2012, he served as the Executive Director of the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He is now a principal at Morgan Lewis Consulting.
