Rory Jason Reid (born July 11, 1963) is an American attorney and politician. He served as elected Chairman of the Clark County Commission in Clark County, Nevada and was the Democratic nominee for Governor of Nevada in the 2010 gubernatorial election. Reid is a member of the Democratic Party and a son of former United States Senator Harry Reid. In 2007, the Las Vegas Sun called Reid a political "rising star" in Nevada.
