Roselyn Elizabeth Payne Epps (née Payne; December 11, 1930 – September 29, 2014) was an American pediatrician and public health physician. She was the first African American president of the American Medical Women's Association and wrote more than 90 professional articles. She died on September 29, 2014, aged 83.
