Rosemarie Trockel (born November 13, 1952) is a German conceptual artist. She works in drawing, painting, sculpture, video, installation, and mixed media. In 1985, she began making paintings using knitting-machines. She is a professor at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf in Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen.
