Roxana Mărăcineanu (born 7 May 1975) is a Romanian-born French former backstroke swimmer, who has been the Minister of Youth and Sports of France since September 2018. She won the silver medal in the 200 m backstroke at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia, and is the first French world swimming champion (1998).
