Patrick Ryan Kerrigan (born August 16, 1988) is an American football defensive end for the Washington Football Team of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Purdue, where he was recognized as a unanimous All-American as a senior, and was drafted by Washington, then known as the Redskins, in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played the majority of his career as an outside linebacker in the 3–4 defense, where he is the all-time NFL leader in consecutive starts by a left outside linebacker. He is also Washington's all-time sack leader with 94.
