Mohamed Safwat El Sherif (Arabic: محمد صفوت الشريف) (died January 2021) was a former Egyptian politician, having served as Chairman of the State Information Service, Minister of Information, Speaker of the Egyptian Shura Council, and Secretary General of the ruling National Democratic Party (NDP), and Head of the Supreme Press Council.
