Muhammad Saif-ur-Rehman Khan (born 1982) is a Pakistani citizen who was detained in Chile in 2010 on suspicion of terrorism after traces of explosive residue were found on his cellphone at the U.S. Embassy in Santiago. He was detained for 5 days in May, and investigations continued until late 2010, when his case was closed on the basis of lack of evidence.
