The Rt Hon. Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam GCMG LRCP MRCS (Bhojpuri-Hindi: सर शिवसागर रामगुलाम; September 18, 1900 – December 15, 1985; often referred to as Chacha Ramgoolam) was a Mauritian politician, statesman and philanthropist. He served as the island's first Chief Minister, Prime Minister of Mauritius, and Governor-General.
